Citizen's Guide
Guidelines for Public Participation in the Development Approval Process
and Fact Sheet for Citizens Requesting Environmental Information
The SBWA publishes a Citizen's Guide to help members of the community and local municipalities
work their way through the land use and development process.
This document is a result of the combined efforts of the members of
the Technical Advisory Committee.
The Citizen's Guide was revised and updated in July 2003 and is available online
at www.sbwa.org/CitizensGuide.html.
Open Space Preservation Plan
The Open Space Preservation Plan document (OSPP) is used as a guide for
municipalities and citizens to preserve open space and acquire land
to protect our watershed.
A copy of the OSPP document is available at the SBWA by appointment.
